Everything you can see is being stripped out next week - bath, loo, sink, taps, shower, cabinet, radiator, tiles, grab bars. It's all pretty old, but it always amazes me what you magicians can transform things into, so please do bagsie any of this before it goes to landfill!

We have a Piano, obtained for us some years ago by the late great Piano expert, David Jones. It was made by Chappell and has a Penrith shops plate on it as well. It has been in storage for some years, so needs tuning and a clean as some of the notes are sticking. I really hope someone can give it a new lease of life as it’s a shame to scrap such a fine piece. Collection only, from Langwathby. It is currently stored in an easily accessible garage.
