It is 100% cotton and the collar is removable with three buttons. I am recycling this for a friend who has limited knowledge about the item.

We’d love to offer these to local families at the Bear Flat Community market so kids can use them in the sand pits in our local parks over the warm summer (or take to a beach on holiday).
