1995 Mitsubishi Pajero Side Step/Running Board (Lipson PL4)
Single Metal Side Step/Running Board taken off a 1995 Mitsubishi Pajero my parents had years ago and has just been hanging around ever since. It has been stored outside for some of that time. It has some corrosion on it and I believe the struts that would have attached it to the vehicle as well as one of the plastic end parts are no longer there but the board itself still feels strong so I imagine it could still be used for something. Small "Frigidaire" freezer. Capacity 45l, a small cube approx 20" on all sides. 100% working (ran it for a week), clean but not pristine, A couple of rusty patches on the exterior but it that worries you a dab or two of white metal enamel paint should do the job.

Well worn/used as in photo, but very solidly built and recline/swivel mechanism still works in both chairs. Very comfortable and would be fine with a throw or if someone has the skills to re-cover them. We've bought a couple of new chairs to replace these but dudn't want to take them to the tip if someone could use/bring them back to life.

Books: 500 Fabulous Cakes and Bakes by Hermes House. Everyday Low Carbs Cooking by Alex Hass I've got two food related books which were included with some others items I picked up recently I have no use for them myself so wanted to see if anyone else could make use of them. I should note I don't know how these were stored prior to me acquiring them only that they do smell a bit musty and they have some marks on them so please take this into consideration before requesting them. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

Drop Leaf Table (Needs TLC / Upcycling Project). (Lipson PL4)
Drop Leaf Table in need of repairs. The top of the table will need to be completely replaced which will require new wood and hinges so this could be nice for someone looking for a project to work on. I do have some wood which could possibly be used with it but it's not the same type or color. The middle part of top is secured in place with six screws. I have removed this part for the time being as it's easier to store with it off but I can install it back in place prior to collection if requested. Dimensions: Width 99cm Height 75cm Depth 31.5cm With the legs extend out they measure 48cm on either side of the middle top part so this gives you the option to make the full size of the top be around 115cm width or more if you wanted there to be an overhang. Collection only from PL4 Greenbank.

Table with grey stone pattern finish. Dimensions: Table top Length 117cm x Width 76.5cm Height 74.5cm Not in perfect condition, it has a chip or two in the woodwork and some scratches but nothing super major. I've removed the legs to make it easier to store. To assemble it you will need a screwdriver, I had to use two different size bits as the bolts and screws have different sized drives. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

Mildly interesting design room divider / shelving unit. 6ft tall, 2.5 ft wide and 1 ft deep. If used free-standing be sensible about what you put on it (something heavy on the bottom shelf) but does have a fabric "strap" from the top shelf to attach to a wall if used that way. Can be disassembled for transportation if need be

Used 'blank' cassette tapes (Teignbridge District TQ12)
About 200 used cassette tapes. I'm offering these as if they were blank tapes, although they still contain old recordings (mostly off-air radio comedy shows and some music). They are mostly TDK 'D' and 'AD' types, both C60 and C90. They are in very good condition, having been recorded only once, and not replayed much.
