Plants (Wickham PO17)
Keen gardener alert! I have two healthy medium-to-large bushes in need of love and care from a dedicated gardener, which I am not. I'd like them to go before birds start nesting in them in the spring. 1. Photinia Red Robin. It used to be manageable, but it has grown through its pot and is now 7 feet tall. It has glossy red leaves in spring. 2. Kalanchoe with pink flowers in spring. 3 feet tall, it has also grown through its pot. It is being swallowed up by the honeysuckle hedge and needs to be moved. They were planted by someone else, I've never really liked them and despite constant pruning, they have now grown too big for our little garden. I’m hoping these two will be taken by someone who will give them a happy home. You will need: • A van or pickup to fetch them, they are too big for a car. • Equipment to cut the roots free of the ground. • Some strong helpers because I’m a small, thin woman and can’t help with heavy lifting.
