DeLonghi electric radiator - 2000W This is over 20 years old - one foot is missing and the other foot is broken (see photo) but it works and gives instant heat. I doubt it’s very efficient but could be a good temporary heat source. I used to prop it up on a book at the missing foot end - since it needs to be slightly raised off the floor - and lean it against a piece of furniture as it’s not very stable.

Two faux leather dining chairs. The chairs are sturdy and in decent condition, certainly very usable. The upholstery is a bit worn, but this could be restored with conditioning and repair cream. I don't have the space in the house for them unfortunately.
