This is a lamp I made myself in sculpture class years ago. It is pretty rubbish and a lot of the edges have broken off (some of the pieces are still there). Maybe someone wants it to save it from the tip? It does work but I will be keeping the bulb.

The books are in good to unread condition. These are from a series of books by Captain W. E. Johns, a British pilot during the First World War who told about the adventures of a fictional pilot during that period and before the Second World War and later. An excellent nostalgic read.

I have a nearly complete set of these novels by Edgar Rice Burrows, dealing with a young boy raised by a band of great apes in Africa. They won't mean a thing to the so-called Gen Z, but I grew up in the 1950's, and they were very popular then. Mostly in good to very good condition, but very difficult for me to read now.
