Hello all- my wife had knee surgery Tuesday, & she’s still hospitalized w/pain. I expect her home in the next couple days (I hope), but the therapy folks think a wheelchair would be good for a short time. If anyone has one to give or lend, she could certainly use it. In the spirit of trashing NOTHING, I offer a bunch of narrow pieces of vinyl window shade, about 5-6 feet long. (Pieces trimmed off the side when wide shades were cut to fit.) In the past I have used these to make banners with kids. You can decorate it with acrylic paint or permanent marker. Make banners for birthdays, to welcome visitors, or celebrate the end of school!

I installed these 2 wall sconces only to discover that they didn't light the space the way I wanted. They are new for all intent. The light is very directional - they are best suited on either side of a bed where they would provided nice reading light, or some other similar situation.
