Children's wooden play structure (East)
Children's play structure, unknown age, comes with attached slide and an extension for swings. This was left by the property's previous owner. It is unknown if it's safe for immediate play and could require some fixing up. The main wooden fort section is 8' x 11' not counting the slide, the swing extension adds another 12' (20' combined length). If you want it, you must be able to remove and transport ALL of it yourself, including disassembly if required. We do not have the means to load nor deliver it. All personal safety risks are the responsibility of the receiving party.

2 Cushion Sofa (River Park)
This is a standard two-cushion sofa upholstered in a neutral tan/beige textured fabric. It is a solid, comfortable piece that would be perfect for a basement, a first apartment, or a dorm. Condition: Used. There are some visible surface stains on the cushions and backrest (as seen in the photo), but it is structurally sound with no major rips or tears. A quick steam clean or a sofa cover would make it look like new! Must be able to pick up. Need it gone ASAP!

Solid wood, pedals and lots of buttons. It's been in my family for years and has seen very little use. I believe there is a short in the power switch but I haven't had the ambition to fix it (I don't play). Other than that it's in really good shape! It's heavy, so bring a helper and a pickup truck.
