Hamilton Beach 70730 food processor - go (near Jackson & Wagner Rds)
This quite fine appliance stopped working. I took it apart and found the failure was in one little plastic part, which you'll see to the right in the photo, broken in two. That piece lets the machine run when all the safety interlocks (lid is closed, bowl is in operating position) are satisfied. I can't find any source for a replacement of that little plastic part. So you may want this if either (a) you have this model and want to have replacement parts (bowl, chopper, etc) on hand in case you need to replacement anything; or (b) you have a source of that dinky little part, in which case you'll have a free food processor.

Wine rack that holds 20 wine bottles. Shelves fold up and legs fold back for easy transport. Glass top. Has a spot to hang wine glasses as well. Approx dimensions are w x d x h 21"x14"x36". Near perfect shape. Does not match our new decor. Curbside pick-up.

Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.

Steel wheels and tires from a 2015 Dodge minivan - should fit many other Dodge and Chrysler vehicles and perhaps others. One tire is practically new (only driven from South Carolina where the old one got punctured). The other three tires are a bit low on tread and have date code 2016 (experts recommend not using tires more than ten years old). Tire size 225/65R17, wheel bolt pattern 5x5" or 5x127mm. Four Pasta bowls (Western Dearborn)
Colorful heavy Italian made pasta bowls. In good condition although there are a few chips of the paint on the edges. The eating portion is safe with no chips or cracks. The edges seem to have a different paint on them that chips off easily.

Older bed frame for full size bed. Comes with head and foot boards and 2 sides. Mattress and box spring not included. Sides are made of metal and head and foot boards are made of wood. There is no middle slat but there are holes for an optional middle (looks to be for metal as well). You remove and load from walk out basement.
