HP PSC 2115 All-in-One Printer & Flatbed Scanner The latches that hold the print cartridges in place have broken off (I don't have them) Consequently the printer thinks it has no cartridges and refuses to print (or indeed scan) It powers up fine and is otherwise in good condition. Its possibly repairable or may be useful for parts or scrap value
