- Single memory foam mattress in good condition, outer cover could do with a machine wash but otherwise in good condition. Please note this is ex-rental (however tenants were very clean) and I haven't seen a fire label on it. It's comfortable and light, manageable by one person.

- This is from a set which was a decent quality brand by the looks of it. Handles - I may have some if required. Condition - a knock on the rear (see photo) and some screw holes where the dresser central unit was, otherwise pretty good condition as the unit must be at least 25 years old (remaining parts of the dresser went to MDF recycling heaven a long time ago sorry).
