Mainly consists of: * old bricks * broken concrete * pieces of paving slabs * general hardcore/fill material Could be useful for: * sub-base * landscaping * garden levelling * shed bases * general building projects See photos showing: * the material as found in the ground * the rubble now bagged up and ready for collection Must take all bags in one go — not looking to split the collection. Collection only from Watford. Bags are accessible from the front of the property for easier loading. Bring a reasonably sized vehicle unless you enjoy suspension-based gambling.

They are very comfortable but need some repairs - one chair has a leg missing, and one has a wobbly leg that needs replacing. The original legs were thin. 5 chairs have had the legs replaced to slightly thicker legs. The replacements can be bought easily on Amazon. If you are good at DIY, can you save them?! Originally these were expensive chairs from West Elm.

Free decking timber and joists – collection only Pressure-treated pine decking removed from a former 3m x 3.5m deck. Decking was installed for approximately 9 years. Timber is weathered from outdoor use but still generally in reasonably good, usable condition for garden projects, raised beds, sheds, allotments, landscaping, etc. Includes a mixture of: * decking boards * joists/support timber * leftover structural pieces Please see photos for condition and quantity.
