180cm wide, 94cm deep, height to seat 43cm, height to back 76cm, sorry I can’t get the bed out to measure as the room is full of things! It’s got an easy mechanism though. The cushions pictured are included :) Very comfortable sofa bed for both sitting and sleeping on, could do with a spot clean where wine has been spilt but lots of life left in it too. It is heavy so you’ll need two people and a van to collect - it’s on the ground floor with two steps down and there’s a driveway.

Hi There, All of these items are in very good condition BUT they've been stored for a couple of years (no damp, no moths - perfect storage conditions) so I would highly recommend washing the sheets & towels before use and airing out the duvets or taking them to a laundromat for a wash and dry. I have random items: about 6 or 7 bath towels. 2 x double feather duvets, 1 x king feather duvet. Some white sheets (4 double or king flat sheets - good egyptian cotton) and white duvet covers (6 either double or king - not sure). It's OK if you just want some, not all of the above. I live off St Ann's Road not far from Green Lanes, N15. Would prefer these to be collected during daylight hours. I am at home Tuesday 10am-12 or 3pm-5. Thanks
