BTM W501 Folding Electric Treadmill – 12 km/h. Unfolded - 140 cm in length, 60 cm in width, and 109 cm in height. It works perfectly well, but note that there is some rust on the frame at the bottom. In addition, a couple of the screws are missing which you could easily replace. Please note that you will have to be able to come and collect this yourself (would require a van or large car) as I do not offer shipping.

Slightly tatty but functional 2-3-piece bathroom suite. Would look good as new after a good clean. - Close-coupled toilet with bowl and cistern. Ceramic in good condition, but will need new seals, possibly a new flush mechanism, etc. - Pedestal sink: very small chip in sink but other than that in good condition. Again, will need a new plug, maybe a new tap. - Also available: deep square shower tray (no enclosure). As is, this would be perfect for use in a garage or workshop or could even look very nice in a bathroom if you put in the elbow grease to clean it all up. Collection only this week from East Acton W12. Will be going to the dump at the weekend if nobody wants it. Serious enquiries only, please.

Brand new toilet (East Acton W12)
Giving away a brand new back-to-wall toilet. Arles rimless couple coupled rimless fully closed back pan. PAN/BOWL/BASE ONLY. This was fitted as part of our bathroom refurb, but found to leak because of a manufacturing defect on the waste spigot which has a ridge causing a leak from the waste pipe. The supplier replaced it and said I could just dispose of the original, but I can't bring myself to just smash it up. I suspect that with care, the ridge in the spigot could be ground down and that if so, a proper seal could be had, maybe in conjunction with some 'Plumber's Mait'. NB: bowl only, needs a cistern. Very heavy, so suggest a 2 man job to collect. Collection only from East Acton, W12. Serious enquiries only.
