A Mantle Clock, Spares or Repair? (Ponteland)
Hello, I've a mantle clock in a fancy worked golden or brass coloured frame with lighter metal sides, it's got an open back and a fancy domed top. I've just taken some pics of it but my broadband is too slow to register them yet. I'll try to add them later. The clock was already in the house I'm now in. Its battery had been left in too long and was totally dead. I removed the battery but didn't have a replacement to try.I If I was you, I'd assume it doesn't work and start there. Look upon as a little project, if you're handy and you like such things. I already have plenty of clocks and this one just ended up left in a box and forgotten. Size wise, it's about 19cm tall, 15cm wide, 9 cm deep. It doesn't have any cover on the clock face but I don't know if that's by design or the front glass cover is missing. I doubt it's the latter as there are no obvious fixings to hold any front on the casing.

For spares or repair: Mountfield lawnmower with Honda engine. Operated fine last year as a push mower (self-propelled feature not working) but is now cutting out after a few minutes. Google says possible carburetor issues. Might suit someone mechanically minded!

Hotpoint fridge with 4 ⭐ freezer box. (Throckley)
Under counter type, working, has all the shelves and things as it did when new. Only thing is that it has a 3" rip in the seal/ gasket at the top of the door. The door still closes and seals good. Light working. Very clean inside and out. No dints. From a smoke/pet free home. I moved into a smaller flat with this fridge and matching freezer but needed more room in my tiny kitchen, so I got a small fridge freezer instead. I would love it to go to someone who is struggling or a young lad or lass starting out.
