Not been used for a while and been stored in cupboard and although still in usable condition I've unfortunately stacked other items on top of it which has resulted in a slightly concave front (see photos) However once documents are filed away this shouldn't be a problem as paperwork will expand the file.

A quick clean along each edge and you can have warm genuine tropical wood flooring for the price of sanding down and varnishing. Mostly teak which is unavailable any more.
