Sturdy sofa bed. Metal frame pull out to turn into bed. Very easy to convert into bed. All covers are removable and can be washed. All zips on covers in good condition. Recently replaced zip on the main cover. Bed sits at a comfortable height to use. Occasional mattress use. In good clean condition. Ideally need collecting quickly. It is quite heavy due to Metal bed frame, will need a van . We can help load this end.

A quick clean along each edge and you can have warm genuine tropical wood flooring for the price of sanding down and varnishing. Mostly teak which is unavailable any more. We have a window frame measuring 43" wide and 42" high that sits in a wall or wooden surround. There are 2 wooden framed double glazed windows to fit, along with a brass handle with lock. The whole thing came out of a wall. Hinges cut into outer frame already so no lining up. All that would be needed is a rub down and repaint. All glass units are intact with no fogging. Pine wood wardrobe with rail and shelf. Well used with marks and dings. The trim bottom right and left has been cut off so it fitted a space (see photos). Measurements 94cm wide, 177cm high, 51cm deep. It can't be taken apart so you'll need a large enough vehicle to take it away.
