Director's Chair (Goldenacre EH3) Excellent condition. Dimensions 21" wide, 34" high and 19" deep (folded 7.5ins, 27ins, 25.5ins). Made from hardwood and canvas. Foldable. Originally from Habitat.

Antique sofa (Balerno EH14) Victorian two seater sofa. Needs attention. Currently upholstered with springs, and very comfortable because of that. Done before fire regulations, so no fire label and there's a tear at the back of the seat. One castor missing. Back joints a bit loose but otherwise sturdy. Originally had a fringe covering the wooden legs.

Vinyl flooring look for a new floor (Lochend EH6) Promised I am stripping out this recenty laid flooring. So far the hallway and two room worth. It will go to the tip if no one wants it but i think it could be recyled.
