2 seater and two armchair garden seating set. Metal bases very sturdy in good condition. The cushions are getting on a bit now but still comfy. They could do with replacing perhaps this year or next but they've always been kept dry in a shed so they're pretty good really. Collection only please. None of the parts are heavy at all but bulky.

Large hardwood table. Quite sturdy but marked as has been used for a craft table. Folds down to just length 41 inches, width 21 inches and height 28 inches. Two fold-out flaps, each 11 inches. So width of table when flaps are out = 43 inches. Taker will need to bring help to carry the table downstairs as it's quite heavy. Any markings (see picture) should sand off.

Tall fridge freezer 50:50 Miele. 200cm x 60cm x 60cm. Old but full working order. Fridge is auto defrost, freezer isn't. The door seals could do with replacing. One door handle has a crack but works fine. Very quiet. 5 fridge shelves, plus drawers. 4 freezer drawers.
