Seat 26cm square and 26cm high as seen I think that this was actually a chair perhaps once. The slot in the back may be a handle to carry it, I am not sure but it has been used as a stool.

This bamboo door screen is 90cm wide by 190cm long. It hangs from 2 simple loops so any screws will do to hang it up. A few of the strands are shorter but I reckon only 7 or so of the 90 strands.

Approximately 120 memorable songs from 1940s to 1980s. There is no bass clef so is not suitable for piano, unless you know all the chords. It has been used by a keyboard player but could also be suitable for guitar or other instruments. All carefully displayed in a ring binder.

Can you make use of the walnut wood to repurpose into something beautiful and/or useful? There are many ideas on youtube such as a drinks cabinet for example? It is a lovely piece of furniture as it is but now needs to go so I am happy for someone creative to dismantle in situ (or I can help with dismantling perhaps) and find a new way of using this wood. Strictly collection only and unless you have access to a professional piano mover or multiple strong people and a van it will need to be taken apart where it is and removed in pieces. I really hope there is a craftsman out there with some imagination who can refashion this or make use of some of the wood at least. I really do not want to burn it but that is the piano's fate if no one can make use of it in any other way.

Sofa is covered all over in black leather and is very large and comfortable, dimensions 66cm H x 102cm D x 241cm W. Small armchair - leather cushion and backrest on a pine wooden frame, dimensions – 72cm H x 86cm D x 76cm W; matching large armchair - leather cushion and backrest - on a pine wooden frame, dimensions – 91cm H x 88cm D x 76cm W. Pick up only, sofa will need 2 people to unload.

Mothercare toddler 2 height dining booster seat (Top Amersham HP6)
Traditional easy-clean simple but very effective Mothercare booster seat designed to strap to any standard chair. It reverses so can be higher or lower depending on which way up it is used. 29cm wide 27cm deep 21cm high overall (one side seat =15cm from base and other way up seat = 7.5cm from base) Original strap available but the buckle needs mending/replacing/adapting or an alternative belt can easily be used as I have done. I have used a fabric belt which works and is easy to tighten. Could also be used as a small step I imagine.

Chad Valley Play Tent (has poles but photographed without!) (Top Amersham HP6)
This play tent has the poles to erect it properly - forgive me being lazy in not doing so. I put the tent itself on top of our washing line pole to check it is clean, fully dry and in tact as it is. It packs up neatly into a bag as shown in the photos. It is a Chad Valley Garden Pop Up Play Tent (sometimes referred to as the Chad Valley Cottage / Garden Playhouse Pop Up Tent) but the design has changed and I couldn't find any stock photos. Identifying Features * Roof: Orange and white striped pitched roof design. * Walls: White background featuring printed yellow window frames with orange borders, red mushrooms, butterflies, birds, and colorful flowers. * Base & Trim: Bright green grass print bottom section with orange corner trim and colorful bunting flags along the roofline. It is really nice and packs up small in a bag with the poles as seen.
