Bed lifters for reflux (St Albans AL3)
Two sets to raise the head end of your bed. This helps prevent reflux as it keeps you less flat. The taller one measures 15cm and the smaller one 10cm. You can also put the small one on top of the bigger one and make 25cm. I only used them for a couple of nights. One has a chipped corner but still sound otherwise.
