Pair of gravity boots, they clamp around the ankles and enable you to hang upside down from a strong support bar such as a pull up bar. Cheap quick alternative to an inversion table. Good for stretching the spine and lower back. Helped with my lower back pain many years ago. Too old to swing my legs up now!
