I am planning on tiling my bathroom floor- less than 2m squared and the adhesive, uncoupling membranes, primer for plywood and grouting are adding up to a lot due to the items being sold in large quantities. If anyone has any left overs from a tiling project, including a 4mm notched trowel and anything else tile related i would very much appreciate it!

Philips GC9241/02 PerfectCare Expert Steam Generator Iron. Bought in 2016. Was a Which Best Buy at the time. It has become a little temperamental and sometimes when used will spit (clean) water through the sole plate. Other times it works fine.
