12 String Guitar (Chesham HP5)
This beautiful 12 string guitar needs some TLC and restoration. I can’t bring myself to throw it away as I think someone out there might enjoy bringing it back to its former glory. It has been well played and used in it’s time. It has two decorative black scratch plates and the sunburst colour fades from yellow to red. The body has some chips around the edges, but unfortunately the neck is cracked. See photos attached. It still plays well, has all twelve strings and has a nice tone, but I think the neck affects the height of the action. Would anybody like this?

Tiling things! (Luton Airport LU2)
I am planning on tiling my bathroom floor- less than 2m squared and the adhesive, uncoupling membranes, primer for plywood and grouting are adding up to a lot due to the items being sold in large quantities. If anyone has any left overs from a tiling project, including a 4mm notched trowel and anything else tile related i would very much appreciate it!
