· I have a very good friend who is unfortunately homeless and is desperate for a new/second hand pair of trainers as his are literally falling apart and he cannot afford to buy any. He is size 7 /12 - 8, If anyone could help him out this would be amazing. Will only be able to collect in the Abingdon area as neither of us have any transport.

I'm downsizing to a smaller bed, so here is my old king-size duvet. The outer material has started to fray at both ends, but obviously once it's in a cover that doesn't show. It's still very serviceable, too good to throw away. Not sure of its Tog rating, but it's definitely warm! I might be able to find a suitable cover for it. Unfortunately I'm not driving at the moment so I can't offer to deliver it.
