Three-person sofa (Caversham RG4)
A well loved light beige/cream linen sofa from Habitat. Collection only. Size: 192 cm wide (arm rest to arm rest), 88 cm depth (back to front), 63 cm high (floor to top of arm rest). This was designed as a sofabed, but the pull-out for the bed is no longer operational - this should be used only as a normal sofa. Very solid and well made.

Ikea deep pile grey rug (Coley RG1)
170 x 240 cm About 10 years old but still fine condition. The reason we are getting rid of it, is, because of the deep pile it is impossible to keep clean. If you drop an earing in it or something small, you'll never see it again. Vacuuming (with our machine at least) won't get it fully clean. Don't get me wrong, its not filthy, but we had it out in the garden last summer and however much you beat it, there's always some dust left in it.

This stairgate was given to us some time ago but we did not need it after all. (We expected a visitor who did not need a gate) It is super narrow: to fit a space between 63 and 69.5 cm /24.8 - 27.3 ins. Second photo shows the specs. It is in good condition except that we have never had the fittings for one of the four corners. This can be replaced, as advised by Babydan/Safetots: It seems a pity to take it to the tip if it could be useful to someone again.
