It is 13inches (33cm) wide by 17inches (43cm) tall. It has an open top. There is a zipped side compartment. It has a couple of strings through it which close the open top and can be used as shoulder straps to wear it on your back. Collection afternoons only

These extendable loppers do work OK. The foam handles are breaking up. The handles do extend as you can see from the photo but they no longer lock in place as they are designed to do, they are still usable with the handles extended though.
