Overall the sofa is in excellent condition - only a few years old. Everything works perfectly including charge ports in the arms. However there is a rip in the fabric on the underside of the left footrest - see last photo. This doesnt impact the use of the sofa at all but could do with being fixed. Only looking to remove as I needed a larger one as the kids grow! Happy to answer any questions

The wooden frame is sturdy but has visible signs of age and wear, and the seat could also do with some TLC. Natural wood and plenty of character. The chair has been thoroughly steam-cleaned with a Kärcher steamer. It comes from a clean, smoke-free and pet-free home. Free to collect.
