Free: Breadmaker (Sampford Peverell) Has a fault and needs repairing. I made dough in it before Christmas and it was fine. I then used it again and the paddle would not rotate. It may be a simple fix but I do not use it enough to warrant the expense! Hope someone can make use!

Free: Flooring (No Man's Land EX16) From 10.02.25 we have available around 20m2 of used Quick-Step black slate vinyl flooring, thin and flexible boards in good condition. Some full lengths (1300mm x320mm), others cut but still usable to infill. Free but collection required.

Overbed storage with bedside tables. Internal storage is a combination of hanging bars and shelves. (bed not included) Height is roughly 89.5 inches. Armoire is 24 inches deep. Drawers and top cupboards are 18 inches deep. Each piece can be separated and flatpacked. Free: Booties / slippers approx 12-18 months (Priory Ward EX2) Red reindeer booties, anti slip soles. Decorations had some extra hand sewing applied as they were only glued on when bought which I didn't think was good enough. Estimate 12-18mo but will obs fit smaller foot just less snuggly.
