As new. Never used. Primarily for a lap top but can be converted to make an ideal weekend/short stay travel/flight bag. Can be carried with handles or using strap as shoulder bag or wheeled along using extendable handle and rollers. Approx 25 cm width if full but can squashed to 20 cm if not full. 47 cm length 40 cm height including handles. So should be ok for most airline overhead size rules.
