Size 10 (generous, I was size 12 when I got married), good condition but needs cleaning, and some needlework. The train has dirt and a bit of mould from being sat forgotten about in the cupboard. This could be a beautiful dress again for someone who is willing to put some effort and skill into fixing it.

Windows & frame (Rowan Gate area NN8)
We have a window frame measuring 43" wide and 42" high that sits in a wall or wooden surround. There are 2 wooden framed double glazed windows to fit, along with a brass handle with lock. The whole thing came out of a wall. Hinges cut into outer frame already so no lining up. All that would be needed is a rub down and repaint. All glass units are intact with no fogging.
