Wicker armchair (Knighton LE2)
Medium-size armchair with wicker frame. The bit you sit on is clean and stain free but the seat has been reinforced by duck tape, and I wouldn't recommend sitting down too hard (or having this around young children) as a solid whack will probably rip out the bottom.

No stand but we had it set up on bricks. No leaks. Has been set up to collect from greenhouse guttering but can also be connected to house guttering. No longer needed as we have invested in a row of large butts to supply our veg beds.

Black & Decker air conditioner, dehumidifier & fan. With remote. Working but fan needs a tap to start it and air con runs for about 10 mins then reverts to room temp output, then goes back to cold again. Maybe easy fix. Collect from Rushden.

3 seater L Shape Sofa and foot rest (Peterborough, PE2 area)
Grey sofa. A fair few small stains in places from drink spills and zip needs fixing on one of the seat cushions. Would likely come up really nice with a proper upholstery clean. Giving away as moving home. Sofa seperates into two pieces but still quite large pieces so will need a large vehicle to transport. Comes with foot rest. Collection only.
