Hello there, looking for a celebration balloon arch kit for an upcoming celebration. I am sure I can figure out the balloons etc but it is a frame/stand (as a preference an arch but I would be appreciative of any shape/gift) in order to fix the balloons to which is creating an issue for me. We are offering a used grey clothes rail that is adjustable in height with wheels. It has locking knobs that screw into pre-drilled holes on the side rails to adjust the height (instead of the locking tabs pictured). It is 43" Wide x 17" Deep x 66" High-maximum. It can be taken apart and stored. Great for sorting out holiday clothes before packing them into your suitcase. I have three hanging rails, so I will be deciding after a few days.
