Final part of a smoke free (and pet free for many years too!) house clearance. PLEASE see ALL PICTURES. This SINGLE bed has been in a home for many years but not used much lately! The base is still clean & solid and the mattress still perfectly usable with only a couple of marks. One corner of the base was once attacked by pet cats, (!!š¤£šø) so it is damaged, but you could easily staple a patch cover over it, or just cover with a throw! The base has sliding front panels so it has storage underneath and also a white headboard. If interested, please message ASAP - COLLECTION from Dorridge B93 will need to be arranged on a suitable day NEXT WEEK around 13-15th January. If not claimed, it will have to be collected by the council or taken to recycle on Thursday afternoon or Friday 17th. Still very good condition, could be undone and washed - sorry I don't have time to do that! Collection will be NEXT WEEK only, as it's the end of a house clearance!

Bookcase (Moseley B13)
Brown - wood-effect bookcase. Height 128cm, width 77cm, depth 31cm. 2 of the shelves can be taken out and the height easily adjusted; the lowest shelf is fixed. It is in good condition and served me well - could take lots of books and about a 100 LPs but I've got an upgrade. The back panel has come away a bit from the frame but it didn't impact on usage. I don't drive so this is for collection only from a ground floor flat. There are a couple of steps to get into the building and you could back up a vehicle to the entrance. Are these any use to anyone before they go for recycling? Iāve plugged them in to the mains and the base lights up but beyond that Iāve no idea if they work as theyāve been in the loft for years! No instructions either but Iām sure these could be found online. Only seems to be 2 handsets so presume the 3rd one got lost or broken! Collection only from B91 near shops on Damson Lane.
