My elderly husband likes making rugs during the winter months when he can't get into the garden. Does anyone have rug wool, canvas or kits for the hook type rug making (any size) clogging their cupboards or loft that will keep him occupied during the cold months. Wool can either be cut to size or long as he is used to cutting it himself. Happy to collect

The machine is approx 6-7 yrs old so still has at least 10yrs life left. Owned by my Mother who used it for low temp, short washes. The rubber seal has some black on it which I'm sure can be cleaned off with baking powder/vinegar or I think a new seal costs £25. The machine costs £599-£899 depending on the website.
