FREE to collector A couple of ton is gone already. I have a few ton of quality top soil I am currently removing the turf then will be digging out ready for collection. The area marked in red is what I am digging out. What I have dug out so far I am finding that there are some stones but I am removing as many bigger ones as I go. As you can see parking is available right next to where I am digging, perfect if loading a trailer. Bring your trailer or bags. I will even help to load, weather permitting and if convenient after work. Collection only from Carclaze, St. Austell, Cornwall.

Hi. Next year we are doing a challenge to raise money for Cornwall Hospice Care. I'm not going to lie, it's also very personal for me as I'm doing it for redemption and to prove I can do it. I've been fixing up bikes to try and raise the money so we can enter it (I need to raise about £1000 by July). Heavy blanket for insomniacs (Newlyn TR18)

This is a beautifully soft grey blanket, specially made for some insomniacs, called a "heavy" blanket, or weighted blanket, and made by kudd.ly (see /). It weighs 4.5 kg and would cover a double bed. I saw it on TV as a possible aid to help sleep, and as a lifelong insomniac I decided to try it, and bought it. I tried it for 2 nights, but it was not for me, and it did not help me sleep. Maybe it will work for you? It is virtually brand new. Collect from Newlyn, or I can deliver in Penzance/Newlyn area. Unfortunately the screen cannot be seen as it is very dark but you can connect to a TV or monitor and a cover is missing from one of the hinges. N.B It is possible to change the screen inverter which would light it up. One can be found on e-bay from £15.00 to £20.

90cm wide by 150cm long. Some wear on surface, but good condition. Faux leather seats. One chair has a puppy nibble out of it (see photos). Legs come off for transport, and black slabs (heavy) come out. Will need use until 20th Dec but then need gone by 29th when removals are coming! Collection St Agnes. Will need a van I would imagine. Can help carry to van. We have some matching furniture (hifi cabinet, display cabinet, cd drawer unit, possibly sideboard) which we may also be getting rid of, if interested send a message.
