There are 15 of these very old exercise books. Each book is approximately 8 inches by 6 inches, and has about 90 pages. The pages are ruled(have lines on them). The books don’t have front covers. But they have a cardboard back.

About 40 magazines from the last couple of years. A combination of the subscription issues and the seasonal specials. Fiction, travel. crafts, Recipes, health (a bit like Reader's Digest but with more of a hint of Scotland!) There might be the odd gap in the sequence where an issue with an article or recipe has been lent and not yet returned.

The chairs are 15 years old and the faux leather seats have split and are disintegrating, hence stretchy seat covers. The chairs are sturdy with braced oak frames and could be re-upholstered as a project. Approximate dimensions 106h x48w x 50d . Happy to split into two lots.
