HP Smart Tank 7007 Printer / Scanner (Kempshott RG22)
Purchased only last November. In recent months, it has started to suffer from occasional paper jams, and last week it had a problem that I couldn't clear. I've tried everything the support pages suggested to clear the issue, but to no avail. This is very disappointing as it has only been very lightly used. Other than this, I really liked the device. I don't have the time/patience to battle through support bots / overseas call centres to get HP to accept a return. If anybody wants the challenge of nursing back to health a relatively new device, let me know. This is an EcoTank printer, by the way, so very economical and uses bottles of ink, not cartridges. Duplex printing.
