8ft by 10ft summer house (Barnard's Green WR14)
***NOTE: You will need a van or big vehicle for transport, as this cannot be entirely broken down. The wall back panels are 8ft by 10ft! You can't come and pick this up in a car. It won't fit. You'll also need some really good tools to take it apart, as well as a good chunk of time!*** I've recently replaced my outdoor office, and the old one (a summerhouse) is free to anyone who wants to come and dismantle it. Dimensions: 8ft wide, 10ft long roughly 9ft high without the roof finials. Condition, please see photos. There are some signs of rot at the corners and some internal damp. The windows, while double glazed, have condensation between the panes. Structural integrity seems good despite these flaws as far as we can tell. We had the floor joists replaced about three years ago. Age of summerhouse is a bit uncertain, but it's probably at least at least ten years old. It has been occupied at least five days a week for the past three years. No obvious water ingress, just drafty windows and some crumbly edges! Gutters included. Water butts are not. Reposting one last time before we take it to the dump 😁 (Previous people sadly fell through in their collection and we had to give up for a bit.)
