A genuine NeilMed Sinus Rinse Starter kit. Brand new and definitely unused. Basically a plastic bottle into which you put warm saline solution (@ 0.9%), and squirt it up your nose, to help relieve congestion. That's it. Hours of fun.

An old cutlery box, covered in dark blue velvet. Size: L320 x W235 x D68mm Made of thick card with a lightweight wooden frame. Small brass closures. Internal lid is padded, lower lid has long lost its padding - currently lined with crepe paper. When you've worked your restorative magic on it, it might make a nice display case, memory box, even cutlery storage - you decide.
