Used but still in excellent condition. Think it contains air but has stayed inflated for at least 6 months & still feels firm. Medium size. Attached to the top of a white plastic stick. Black background with multicolour design of a bottle & streamers - wording says "Happy Birthday, You are fabulous". Please say in your 1st message when you can collect from Kempsey.
