Curtains 54” Long (Climping BN17)
Nice pair of curtains which were in the house I’ve just moved into, but I don’t need them. Each one is approx 54” long and 90” wide. Fully lined. Pencil pleat top. I’ve run them through the wash and they came up nice. There are a couple of marks / pulls in the fabric on one of them, but it’s at the edge so easily hidden. Collect from Climping near Littlehampton almost anytime.

Very Comfortable 2 Seater Sofa In need of some TLC (Lancing BN15)
This is a Marks and Spencer very comfortable 2 seater sofa which due to being kept in the Conservatory the covers have come into disrepair which is the reason for the covers I have placed on it , If anyone would like it either for use you can adapt with throws or even have it recovered )I am sure it will do someone a good turn .It really is a very comfy sofa
