This is already outside my flat since yesterday. It’s been dry and currently it’s under a mattress which will protect it from the rain. Very good, solid and very comfy sofa , ex M&S but have had it for 20 years. It’s stood the test of time very well but needs a hoover and a clean. It’s that hard wearing valour/stout sort of velvet texture fabric. I have had a dog in the past 4 years ago but it’s been a non smoking home. Help yourself to the sofa. It will be booked for a council uplift soon. Just message for the address. You can’t see it from the road. It is behind a wall
