Older but good condition light blue small couch. 70Wx35Dx26H. It could use a new cover, which IKEA still sells for 40$. The bottom also has a cosmetic rip. Clean, from a house with cats but no incidents beyond the clawed cover. I can help get it to your vehicle, but it will take two of us and I have one flight of stairs. Priority to sooner pickup windows.

Large Leather Couch (Alexandria, Fairfax County)
This was once a VERY expensive couch. It's been in storage for a while and needs a little TLC. The leather is a little bit marked up in places, but otherwise gorgeous. The cushion was once nice, but needs a cleaning and possibly restuffing. It's large: 33" tall x 35" deep x 94" -- you would need a truck to move it, as it will not fit inside a van. Perfect for someone who doesn't mind restoring a once-great piece of furniture.
