Very Vintage Wooden Doll Bunk Beds (Upper NW DC/Tenley vicinity)
Offering a pari of doll beds made of wooden spindles. Wood is aged and shows it - maybeit could use some sanding and refinishing, although the bed(s) are functional as is. Sized for a typically-sized "baby doll" as opposed to Barbies or smaller figures. This is sort of a family heirloom but we have no one to play with it here and would love it to find a new home. We used to stuff pillow cases with foam filler to make the mattress portion of each bed. Styled as two identical cots that can be stacked on top of each other for bunk beds. Available for pickup at your convenience near the intersection of Brandywine St NW and Reno RD NW in DC between the Tenleytown and Van Ness metro stops. This screen door closer works but lacks the (presumably procurable) pins and brackets to attach it to a door a door frame. Piston has been bent once and straightened, pulls out and retracts fine with the pneumatic function working well. Third photo shows it extended (and held by the vice grips just so I could take the photo before it retracted).
