Hope you can see measurements on pictures. It's in good condition except for where the handles attach/ fold over the edges. They are very worn and I WOULD NOT trust them with any weight and certainly not a baby. However, you may be able to create,/ use other straps, and/ or repurpose it! I have no idea which of the cables, if any, still work. The cover is for an iPad Air2 and it’s the best cover I have ever had, unfortunately I can’t remember who I bought it from. I’m not sure what it’s made of, at a guess a sort of mix between plastic and rubber. It is so soft and so flexible. I loved the flexibility.
