The dimensions for the chair are H99.5, W80.5, D75cm and the footstool is H38, W42, D42cm. Can del it very locally if needed. Seat cushioning in need of bolstering on left hand side but still very comfortable. Great chair but now surplus to requirements.

This is a Dimplex Base Unit Heater designed to fit into the plinth of kitchen units, but can be fitted into other similar places. This has been stored in the loft for a few years but has never been fitted or used and is complete with installation and operating instructions and all the bits and pieces, and is still in it's original box. This should be fitted by a competent electrical engineer.
