Now dismantled. The desk is sturdy though some of the less important fixings don’t work as they once did. Surface is 130cm wide and 100 cm to 75cm deep. One edging strip needs glued back on but in general it is still a good desk.

Heavy wood. Not new. It was soft-close and I think all fittings are there but I can't guarantee it. (The seat came from a relative's house who needed a different type of seat.) One of the plastic feet is cracked, don't know if it can be replaced. Can anyone use?

Real Christmas tree stand (Kirkcaldy KY1)
*Faulty* this has served us well for many years but this year’s solid 5 foot tree kept tipping over in it. The spike that goes into the base of the tree has flattened so presumably wasn’t holding tree properly. May still work for a small tree or be fixable by a competent person, the metal may not be what it was though. Giving it a chance to be saved from the tip anyway as it’s been a really good stand.
