26" Bike (Baseline/Woodroffe, Nepean)
This bike has serve me well. However, since I haven't used in in a few years, it is time to gift it to a new owner, who would put it to good use. I pumped up the tires and they are holding air OK after being in storage for many years. The chairs and table are NOT included (they are only used as a temporary bike stand.

Small patio umbrella/parasol (Old Ottawa south)
Suitable for placement in the centre hole of a 4-seat table. Has a crank to open/close the umbrella, as well as a pivot point to tilt the top of the umbrella (a little bit) to adjust to the sun's angle. Two ribs are broken: I believe they would be easily fixed by sticking in dowels to reinforce the hollow ribs, however before I got around to this repair, I was offered another umbrella for free, so I'm passing on the project! Does not include a base, but this is also easily DIYed.

I just bought a basic Weiser brand door knob kit for around $32. I only needed the latch part to fix my front door. The rest of the kit could still be useful for replacing broken or disfigured door knobs.

Wheelbarrow (Old Ottawa south)
A medium-sized metal wheelbarrow that still works well to cart items other than dirt. It's rusty, and two of the spots where the bucket attaches to the frame are rusted through, so it can wiggle a bit. But it holds together and could maybe be patched, or if you need to move some dirt or sand, maybe you could just tape over the small holes before filling it.

Good quality pull-up bar. Never used. For pressure-fitting between two solid surfaces (like a door frame). Would fit in an opening of at least 26” and I know it expands to at least 36”. Nice foam grips.
