Good solid chair that I started to recover a few years ago and life got in the way and never finished. The old material has been taken off but tacked back on so I could use it temporarily. So they need to be taken off and used as a pattern to reupholster unless you just want to reattach them permanently.

Railroad ties, 2 about 8 feet long, 2 about 7 feet long and one about 5.5 feet long. About 40 feet of 5 foot tall 3.5 inch wide fence pickets painted, still with a lot of life left. We replaced our 5 foot fence with a 6 foot fence.

Beautiful rattan chair with matching ottoman; good condition, approx 40" tall, 40" wide, 38" deep, ottoman approx 24" in diameter. VERY sturdy and good quality. cushions have a few stains that would come out with some oxyclean and a little scrubbing or you can put some other material over them. This is SO comfortable and we love it but it does not fit in our new space.

60” projection tv. New bulb as of 2023. There is no remote, but any universal remote will work or you can always walk up to TV and change the channel like we did as kids😉 Worked fine the last time we used and it is in great shape but we no longer have the room for another TV. Will be sitting out on the curb for whoever wants it unless it’s gonna rain as I will then pull it inside. By the driveway or mailbox at 955 field st Lakewood.
