1 pack of Laura Ashley Luxury Vinyl Tiling wood finish in Hepscott. Covers 2.2m2 Comes with included underlay on each plank. It is a very heavy item so recommend being very strong or bringing a second person to collect as I can't help you carry it. Not used, my floor isn't flat enough and I've gone with a different vinyl. This was free to me due to a delivery issue and the vendor doesn't want it returned. Free to a good home.

30 inches wide x 78.75 inches high. This door is very heavy so would be ideal leading to garage or it may be a fire door too, but don't know. Ie not flimsy like modern day internal doors are. Any brass fittings included.
