Hi, I have this metal tray, with a stamped pattern on it. It's quite tarnished, but might polish up. I don't know about it's origin, but it looks a little middle eastern. Cordless upright vacuum cleaner by Lupe. This still works and has plenty of life left. Has a good battery life and charges quickly. Comes with all original accessories, including charger. Lupe was a Kickstarter company setup by ex-Dyson engineers. The company folded a few years ago so extra parts are no longer available if needed.
