Mahogany Fireplace surround (Adeyfield HP2)
Fire place surround with marble hearth. Surround 45 inches wide 41.5 inches high. Marble 48 inches wide 15 inches deep. Marble very heavy. Been taken away from wall, very good condition. It’s in a first floor flat so will need manpower. Must go before weekend .

Intex hot tub for parts (OX1 henwood)
Old intex hot tub, i suspect of a better quality than current models. The plumbing configuration is not the same either. Machine - was given this working but with clogged impeller on water circulation circuit. Can see how to replace on youtube. The Part Wasn’t available when was given it but intended to sort out. Came in to stock since but didn’t have time. Machine no longer switching on now, has stopped working in meantime. Tub - at the time, inflated and held water no problem. Due to i think in fact possibly there are tWo tubs, this one and a repaired puncture one as spare. Has been stored in garden a few years when should have been stored indoors through winter. Cannot guarantee condition now. Very heavy to manipulate and investigate. Basically offering for parts with no promises, if someone wants to take the risk, before it goes to dump next week. Bulky and heavy.

Vintage bathroom sink - peach (OX1 henwood)
Large. Orangey, not pinky. With pedestal. The one in the photo, which is of the house at time of previous occupant. Sticker underneath seems to say doulton. Looking at a shade chart it’s possibly “sun king”. Coloured sanitary ware now back in fashion for the dopamine style. Lovely heavy quality. Generous large bowl. Good basic condition but needs a clean. Two tap holes and lever mechanism for plug/drain cover. Taps & outlet included working but you will probably want to replace. Toilet not available except cistern lid. Bath (fibre glass in frame) may follow if can get it out undamaged.

Verbena bonariensis seedlings (Hatfield AL10)
(Pictures in flower are from previous summers - plants offered are young potted seedlings which will grow quickly and flower this summer.) Good in containers and quick to grow, verbena bonariensis is a beautiful hardy perennial with beautiful clusters of small purple flowers on tall wiry stems over a long flowering season. Flowers beloved of bees and butterflies. Comes back from the base stronger every year and will self seed around if it's happy. Watch goldfinches try to balance on the seed heads next winter. Wants sharp drainage and full sun to be truly happy, but I have sticky clay and a fair amount of shade and it does fine. I have pots (like 3rd photo) and also billions of seedlings if you'd like to try potting them up yourself.

Does anyone have a fan of any kind they can spare? Me and my partner are currently struggling in our place during our first summer here and have come to realise that it is so extremely hot on these summer days that we can barely endure it. Unfortunately our last fan stopped working as it took a knock during transit when we first moved in. If you have a freestanding one it would probably be best, but I can make a desk or floor-based one work too. TBH even a little hand-held one would probably make a difference right now. Anything would be gratefully received and will get plenty of use. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. My schedule is relatively flexible so if you can offer anything please let me know what day/time you prefer for collection and I'll be there! Brushed metal bed head for 5' bed. Black with brass detail on the ends. Freestanding or can be fixed to the base of the bed. One of the black decorations is missing, but doesn't affect use. The others can be removed easily if desired. I no longer have a 5' bed. Collection from Halton HP22.
