My aloe plant throws off new seedings every so often, and there are 2 now established & ready for a new sunny windowsill. This is the traditional aloe used for burns and mild abrasions. These are too small to use yet (it'll probably be at least 6 months to a year) but might be a nice small gift for a plant lover (or yourself!)

Two seedlings left from my fecund jade plant's last pupping This is traditionally an 'auspicious' plant said to attract prosperity. These are TINY seedlings, about 2" high, but they can grow to a pretty large plant--a good long-term houseplant because that can take years. Typical succulent, needs good light and drainage but really easy keepers. Might be a good holiday present for a plant lover.
