Due to hypothyroidism I am limiting my intake of various types of beans, and because I am a hoarder I have accumulated a large stock of such items, much more than what I would need. There’s also some sweet rice, a batch of Kirkland Green Tea and, as depicted in the photo, curing salt and a large supply of arugula sprouting seeds.
