As per photographs. hearth is 1320mm wide,375mm deep and about 60mm high. mantelpiece is 1295mm wide, 1145mm high and 205mm deep. fire opening at back is 400mm wide by 550mm high and 220mm deep. the fire does work but will probably benefit from a service.

Two white, two door mirrored wardrobes. Height 193cm, width of each 83cm, depth 53cm. There is also a plinth to attach them which sits on top. They have a hanging rail and one top shelf in each. Minor scuffs to them due to age, but they are functional. Ideal for a starter home. The doors have been removed as they will need to be collected from a first floor flat. Collection only.
