Samsung LE32D400E1W 32" LED TV – Powers On, Needs Repair TV powers on and works initially, but after warming up for a few minutes, lines begin to appear on the screen. This should be an easy repair to do. My understanding is that it is probably just a capacitor to change. Collection from Eltham, SE9
