Vintage gilt-brass onyx-top side table (cracked top) (islington N1)
Offering a decorative vintage side table — cast gilt-brass frame on cabriole legs, with a natural onyx top in soft greens and creams. It dates from the 1970s and was my mum’s. Honest condition: the onyx top has a crack right across it, and there’s general age-related marking and a bit of tarnish on the frame. Still works fine as a decorative or plant table — just not perfect. It’s heavy (solid onyx on a metal frame)

ZWave home automation devices (E17 St James St)
Promised
This is a bag full of ZWave home automation stuff. Seven radiator smart TRVs, five smart plugs, and a few relay modules. I stopped using them a while ago. Most if not all of these should be functional. There is also a USB stick included which lets you connect to all these devices from your computer. You'll probably have to find manuals on the internet to find out how to pair these devices etc. Good if you already have ZWave or if you're interested in trying it out (but it's a bit of work to get it all going!)
