Very good condition (like new) and got me through the heatwave but not suitable for keeping in the flat long-term. Please note this is not an air conditioner, this is a fan that uses a cold water tank to blow cooler air into the room. Size: approximately 103cm tall and the base is approximately 30cm in diameter.
