Top platform is about 6ft. high when opened out; when folded the ladders are about 7ft long. This is a 7 drawer chest of drawers which has some wear and tear. Drawers open OK except for top drawer which needs the wooden runners replacing. (They are for sale on the internet or YouTube on how to make them) The handles were replaced and old ones left a mark. Otherwise it is in good, solid condition. This would be a good sturdy item for a garage or other upcycling. Buyer collects from Enfield.

Piece of trim missing 🙄 (see photo) but apart from that in good nick, one scratch on seat.
