Life Fitness Running Machine (Harlington LU5)
We are donating a life fitness running machine in very good working order, with all parts and in good condition. We have the instruction book. We are donating the item because we are moving house. Here is a full description: Item Description Life Fitness T3 Treadmill with Heart Rate Monitor & Full Instruction Manual A genuine Life Fitness T3 treadmill, built to the brand's renowned commercial-grade standards for the home user. This was a premium machine when new (retailing at well over £2,000 / $3,000) and remains a solid, dependable runner today. Approximate Age: Circa late-2000s to early-2010s (roughly 15–20 years old). This is evident from the classic console design, physical button layout, and the original Polar wireless heart-rate system fitted to early T3 production runs. Life Fitness introduced the T3 series around 2008–2011, and this unit matches that first-generation specification. Multiple built-in workout programs including Manual, Hill, Random, EZ Incline, Sport Training, 5K and 10K Sport Training, plus heart-rate-controlled workouts (Heart Rate Hill, Heart Rate Interval, Extreme HR). Technical specifications Feature Specification Motor 3.0 HP continuous-duty DC motor with MagnaDrive controller Speed range 0.5 – 12.0 mph (0.8 – 19 km/h) in 0.1 increments Incline 0% – 15% in 0.5% increments Running surface 60" × 20" (152 cm × 51 cm) multi-ply belt Deck cushioning FlexDeck shock-absorption system Rollers 2.6" (67 mm) front / 2.0" (50 mm) rear Heart rate Contact grip sensors + Polar wireless telemetry (chest band included) Max user weight 350 lb / 159 kg Power Standard mains (power cord included) Dimensions & weight Imperial Metric Assembled length 79.5" 202 cm Assembled width 34.5" 88 cm Assembled height 57.5" 146 cm Unit weight 243 lb 110 kg

We are moving house and do not have space for the item at ou (Harlington LU5)
Here is what google gemini told us about the machine when we asked them to give us information. We bought the piece new some years ago. It has served us very well and is still in working order, although we think that the gas connection may need replacement. Some of the temperature controls are bubbling a bit but there is an active market in parts for these machines. We attach a further photograph which gives information in that respect1. Manufacturer Swiss Grill. Despite the name, Swiss Grill was a UK-based brand that designed and marketed outdoor gas barbecues. 2. Model Zurich Series Z-460D (Deluxe). Key identifying features visible on your unit include: Burner Configuration: 4 main stainless steel tube burners, 1 rear infrared rotisserie burner, and 1 infrared side burner ("The Grizzler"). Cart Layout: Two drawers on the left and a cabinet door on the right (designed to house the gas cylinder). Accessories: Integrated red bottle opener mounted on the right front fascia frame. 3. Country of Manufacture China. Like many European and North American barbecue brands of that era, Swiss Grill designed the units in-house and manufactured them in China. 4. Cost Price When New When retailed (roughly between 2012 and 2017), the Zurich Z-460D sold for around £1,200 – £1,500 (approx. $1,500 – $1,800 in international markets). 5. Quality Rating Build Quality: Rated very good to premium for its price tier at launch. It features a double-walled stainless steel hood for heat retention, heavy 304/430 grade stainless steel construction, thick solid stainless steel grates, and integrated drawers. Drawback / Consideration: Swiss Grill went out of business several years ago. While the stainless steel chassis lasts a long time, official OEM replacement parts are no longer supported directly by the maker (though standard third-party/generic burners and regulators fit easily). 6. Current Value Resale Market Value: On second-hand platforms (such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace), a working unit in this condition with minor cosmetic blistering/bubbling on the knobs and needing a new gas hose typically sells for £100 – £200. Offering Free for Collection: Offering it free on a local recycling network (e.g., Freecycle, Olio, Gumtree Freebies) is extremely generous. Given that it is full stainless steel, includes the rotisserie spit rod, and is in full working order, it will almost certainly attract immediate interest and be picked up very quickly.

Early twentieth century hand-painted upcycled sideboard (Harlington LU5)
This is an early twentieth century sideboard, which has been upcycled by means of painting both the exterior, and interior, as shown in the photographs. The piece has been sitting in a barn for quite some time, so that it doesn't present as well as it actually would if it was given a good dust, and rub down, with a damp cloth. It's a rather nice piece and the internal cupboards have rather fun paint schemes. It would be great for a living room as a drinks cabinet or in a brightly decorated kitchen, as a rather funky item from which to display cups, saucers, platters etc.

Antique (prob late 17thc) oak panelling, including a door. (Harlington LU5)
A fairly large piece of panelling, probably about 8 feet by 8 feet. We are moving house and do not need the panelling. It is an original antique, which we would estimate to date from the late seventeenth century, when such items were most commonly installed in period properties. It is a relatively rare find and is in largely good condition.

(It came with the house so we're guessing it's been here about 10 years total) Has some scratches and some of the drawer front panels are missing. We've done some cleaning but it will probably need a little more. Will be going to the tip if not collected by Monday morning.
