65cm d x 120cm w. Sun faded + dusty, hasn’t been occupied for a few years. I think it is sound but roof is a bit warped - we have never had it completely outdoors (it’s under a roof overhang) so I don’t know how weather proof it is. It is a nice sturdy hutch. Collection only, and I am not going to try and take it apart.

the game where you put a plastic headband on and slot into it a card and you have to guess what your card says by asking others questions, perfect for ages 6+, comes with 4 headbands and loads of cards (just realised in my cupboard of games for grandchildren i have 2 of these )
