Broken/unwanted laptop,desktop,bits Looking for free, even broken laptop or unwanted desktop and pc bits Quite happy if hinges, keyboard or the screen are broken and not showing anything or even totally dead. Please clear any Bios or User passwords if possible. The mains lead and vga cable would be very handy. Can collect in easy driving distance of West Bridgford. First thing i will do is make sure that the harddrive is erased and reformatted. If it can be repaired and is still usable it will be re-circulated. If you have other computer equipment that is no longer required I would clean it up and pass it on.

I have to offer two Comtrend BS1363 Internet Adapters. These enable you to extend your internet to another room using the houses mains supply. You plug one of the adapters into a mains socket and connect it to the internet. You then plug the other adapter into a mains socket in another room and connect it to your computer. It does not display at all, either the monitor or VGA cable is faulty but I have no way of identify which is. Power still works as a little green/orange lights up. When whichever is faulty gets fixed, they should work as a display-only monitor. It can go to the hands of an engineer to fix or whoever wants them for their hobby to break in parts, etc. When fixed, the monitor is to display only, e.g. from a connected PC. It does not have any OS installed and cannot be installed. Power code also included.
