Houseplants (Holloway DE4)
I have a growing collection of propagated houseplants. They are nearly all spider plants (Chlorophytum comosum) and coin / money plants (Pilea peperomioides). The spider plants are fast growing, need a reasonable amount of water and easily propagate from their plantlets. I tend to just put a fresh pot beneath a 'landing' plantlet to mimic what would happen in the wild when it touches soil. Once roots establish in the plantlet, the umbilical shoot can be cut. The coin plants are slower growing and need less watering. One thing I've discovered is that they seem to dislike being in ceramic pots. I've no idea why but I would advise just using plastic pots. They propagate by division of the sprouted rhizomes that spring up from around the base. The plants are all potted in my own garden compost in a plastic pot. I'm afraid I'm always short of trays so these won't be included. You may find a few shoots of weeds growing out of the compost (maybe grass or a nettle) so look out for these and prick them out. I've said there are 10 plants available but that's just a quick guess. Just arrange a time to visit and you can choose whatever you want to suit your needs. I have various sizes. I know houseplants are desirable items these days so if you add a nice surrounding pot (the outer one can be ceramic) then these might make good presents.

Greenhouse (Loscoe DE75)
7'6" x 5'6" Greenhouse, free for collection. Taker would need to dismantle to take away, this is relatively easy, but ideally would be best with two people going it. That said, I got it free, and had help dismantling it, but reassembled it by myself, so a bit awkward, but entirely possible. The contents are not included, it will be cleared out shortly. Condition is fair, there are a few cracked panes(glass) but they are easily replaced and there are garden centres that sell greenhouse glass. I have a metal bench with a wooden top that could go with it to use for potting.

Conservatory (Slack Lane DE22)
Bit of a long shot but gauging interest. I have a lean to style conservatory I'm getting rid of. It's 5m x 2.5m. Its not it great condition. The door is broken and the roof would need quite a bit of repair or replacement. The other panels are mostly ok but a couple of the windows have blown. I don't know if there is anyone that could use it or the parts to build a greenhouse or something but thought I'd put it out there. (Photo looks curved because it's in panoramic mode!)

Invacare Walker (3-wheel) (Kimberley NG16)
Invacare walker. 67cm wide across wheels. Has a bag but not a basket for holding items. I am passing this on from another user. The brakes are working but could do with some attention. The walker is in fair condition. It supports up to 295lb (135kg). One adjustment handle has snapped and requires a vice grip to adjust, but once set up to person comfort, shouldn't need re-adjustment very often.

Sunflower Seeds! (Osmaston DE24)
The Mongolian Giant Sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'Mongolian Giant') is an extra-large variety that grows up to 14 feet tall and produces massive flower heads measuring up to 18 inches (45 cm) across. SEEDS READY NOW!!! DO NOT STAKE this plant. Put it in a slightly sheltered area but let the wind strengthen the stalk . Ours is thicker than my leg! Pop the seed straight in the ground and put egg shells around the base to keep the slugs off .. top up your eggs shells every now and again and watch this monster grow!! Great fun for the kids. Each pack im making up has 10-20 seeds in it fully dried and will be ready to pop in next spring. Not suitable for POTS, it will be spindley and sad.

It has a few marks on it and I think a slight tear/hole, but another hand wash would help and the tear wouldn't be visible once rolled up. It's about 97cm wide and 168cm long.
