240 Litre Black Dustbin (Spondon DE21)
We recently had a shed fire which our dustbins were close to and they all melted. The council have replaced the recycle bins for bins of the same size. We had to pay for a new black bin, not a problem it didn’t cost a lot but it is only a 180 litre bin we did have a 240 litre dustbin and this new one is too small for our needs. My wife is disabled and we have community nurses come to changing dressings 2 times a week and each time they leave a bag of waste that would fill half or more of a carrier bag. We also change the dressings ourselves once or twice between the nurse visits. That over 2 weeks fills about 1/2 or more of this new smaller black bin. Having asked for a larger bin we are told we can’t have one but if the council agree we might be allowed a second black bin. We live in a small bungalow, the bins we already have take up so much space, we need a bigger black bin not another one to add to those we already have. So, My wife and I thank you for reading, does anyone have a 240 Litre black dustbin in good condition to to replace our smaller one?

A soap box cart made with solid rubber pram wheels, comes with 3 spare wheels. The cart is old and has some rust, will need one new back wooden slat, and new rubbers for the brakes...(you can just use a slip of hose pipe). Two blinds, same colour and type, but not a pair, as one is wider than the other. Well used and a bit faded but functional. All measurements in cm and not exact. Wider one is 114 wide and 135 drop. Works fine and complete. Other one is 80 wide and 135 drop. Works fine but the strip of wood that covers the metal fixing is missing (was only velcro fastenings). Note - third blind in photo and in original offer has been taken.
