Freestanding Punchbag Stand (Pinxton NG16)
Punchbag stand, holds a heavy bag (included if you want it), also has a board with hook at the back to hang a speedbag from (I broke the original speedbag but they're cheap to buy). The heavy bag is damaged with a split (see picture) but still usable. I also have 16oz training gloves and drill pads if you want them.

This is a cross-stitch kit as shown in the photo, very nice design. It includes the fabric, needle, and full instructions but does *not* include the thread. I bought it at a charity shop and didn’t realise the thread was missing. However, the instructions list the DMC numbers so you will be able to purchase the correct colours. I would say this is only suitable for experienced stitchers with good eyes as the fabric is a very fine linen. It’s 35 count. Collection from Heatherton (Littleover) any time, as I can leave it outside if I’m out. Polite emails only, .
