I am offering this as a 20.14GB zip file download for which I will provide a personal download link. Windows 11 will boot like new so you can set it up as you like. You will need VirtualBox 7.2 on x86_64 architecture like an older Mac, an existing Windows PC that you would like a contained environment for, Linux desktop or server. This Windows 11 activation cannot be transferred to a PC as it is a digital activation from a previous retail version of Windows; so it must be run in VirtualBox. If you are interested please confirm that you are a VirtualBox user to confirm that you know what I'm offering.
