Real Wood Chest of Drawer (Lewisham SE13)
**Need to rehouse immediately** Chest of Drawer measuring 115cm x 96cm x 48cm looking for a new home. Drawers in perfect condition but on one of the sliding, might need some repair. Item is made out of solid wood (most probably oak) hence is quite heavy to lift. Happy to help loading onto van but to ensure least 2 person is offloading.

Please read full description as both were purchased 2nd hand some years ago. Tall cabinet with 2 drawers - there is a small Buddha statue glued to the top by previous owners that we couldn't remove. Bottom door is missing and lots of rust on legs. H-180cm W-32 D-32 Wall cabinet with 1 drawer - both handles have come off, but are present and maybe able to re-attach. Some rust spots. Cat has had a few accidents on it and don’t have the time to keep cleaning it. Other than needing a deep clean the sofa is in excellent condition. Both end seats recline all the way back. Was only occasionally used but unfortunately have to get rid of because of my cats. If you use enzyme cleaner (liquid to break down and get rid of cat smell) and spot cleaning machine it will clean completely. Will be getting rid of via bulk waste collection if no one is interested.
