Curtain heading tape. (Bexleyheath DA6) One is approx. 250cm long and has been used before but still good. The other two pieces are new. approx 200 cm long and aprox. 100 long. Plus metal hooks And some plastic hooks if wanted.

Bath and taps (Upminster RM14) Good condition, was only used for a year. Some residual silicone and sides but should be able to remove with standard silicone remover products.

Rectangular coffee table (hop SE23) Walnut effect. In 4 pieces .bottom + top + 2 uprights 103x55x35h 5cm thick wood. Looked good but needs repair. No damage to wood but someone sat on it! and that loosened the bolt connectors. Now it won't tighten fully. Would need new bolts/screws or maybe glue to make rigid

Wooden frame garden slide (Shirley CR0) Well used but still very sturdy. Frame easily supports an adult (I use it as a stepladder sometimes). Haven't tested the slide itself but it has been used by several 10+ year olds. Roughly 1m high. Easy enough to disassemble if you need to for transportation. The slide attached with two bolts and the frame is held with wood screws.

Mishmash of WWII 1/72 and 1/48 Wargaming kits, 1/72 Trees (Grays RM17) Left overs from modelmaking hobby consisting of: 1/72 German WWII kits 1/48 German Horch truck kit unmade. 1/48 German figures, part sets , some part painted. 1/72 German vehicles made up and painted. 2 x 1/35 US Machine gun sets unmade. 2 tubs of 1/72 Trees. Integrated fridge freezer (Bromley BR2) Size: H: 180 cm X W: 56 cm X D: 60 cm. Pick up from BR2 area. Integrated fridge freezer unit with plain white doors. It's in good used condition, ready to be fitted into your kitchen. The unit includes both fridge and freezer compartments behind the doors. Working very well. Some cracks on the plastic trays, please see the pics. Only giving away as I moved into a new place and it was already there. I have my own fridge. You need to unscrew and take it out of the cupboard. Need 2 men to carry on a van . Need a trolley to carry it. I live on 5th floor with 2 lifts.
