Jerusalem artichokes from my garden, totally organic. Can be used as seed if you want to grow your own. Amazing flavour, diabetes-friendly. Can be boiled, stir-fried, in soups, risotto, you name it. Very versatile. The only thing to bear in mind are its side effects. (They are also known as fartichokes.) One bag of ~500g each.
