Offer: Blinds (Harold Wood RM3) 15h - Blue black out blind. Very sturdy - needs a wash and an iron . Roughly 140cm wide and 150cm long. Matching tie backs and bronze wall hooks well to go with them. Offer: Armchair and Stool (Leigh-on-Sea Thames Drive area) 17h - Big comfy armchair (IKEA?) blue needle cord (removable cover needs cleaning) and blue cloth covered soft stool. stool W85*D85*H40cm, chair W90*D100*H85cm. 3rd floor flat will need two people to collect and get down stairs. Offer: Very large whiteboard on legs (Great Baddow) 18h - On offer is a very large whiteboard with adjustable legs. In good condition, just has a couple of sticky marks which could easily removed. Collection from Great Baddow CM2 7JQ, no timewasters please

Thankyou Offer: Sofa Bed Ikea Grey (Hockley Essex (Hockley Woods)) 1d - 2 seater Ikea sofa bed. Works perfectly but has a Few marks which I haven’t tried to get out. Could probably remove the marks as seen superficial, at worst they are toothpaste! Or cover with cushions/Ikea sofa cover. Will take to tip if unwanted :-)

Offer: Large Entertainment Cupboard (Hockley Essex (Hockley Woods)) 1d - 2.5metres wide, 2.2m high has shelf in middle that slides out for keyboard, games consoles etc! Could be used in pretty much any room for storage plus TV/ Computer/ Desk. 4 glass shelves inside the 4 glass cupboards. One pull on the cupboard door has broken but can still be used, doesn’t really notice. Otherwise all seems perfect as long as dismantles ok! Good quality from expensive furniture shop originally, so wood is heavy. Needs to be gone this weekend!! Will need long vehicle/ van to hold the long heavy pieces of wood!!! We can dismantle and help lift in.

Offer: Top Hat (Harold Wood RM3) 1d - I wore this to get married nearly 15 years ago! Good quality top hat, but now needs some tlc.
Offer: Chad Valley Train Table (Gidea Park RM2) 1d - Chad Valley train table, unfortunately no screws or dowels, but we believe these are standard and can be easily bought in a DIY store (see instructions below). Used for trains but even better as a lego table (stops pieces falling on floor!). Table is faded but pieces are still solid so definitely life left in it.
